Introducing ‘House in the Prairie,’ a captivating two-story redesign of a half finished structure, nestled within the serene farmland of Paros. Embracing the island’s heritage, our design harmonizes minimal gray wooden elements with the surrounding landscape. Each story functions as an independent dwelling, fostering a sense of privacy and autonomy for its inhabitants. The interplay between open and closed spaces creates a dynamic flow throughout the home, while thoughtfully integrated pergolas provide shelter and shade, blurring the boundaries between inside and outside. A careful balance of light and shadow enhances the architectural features, creating a serene ambiance within. ‘House in the Prairie’ exemplifies the seamless integration of private and public realms, inviting inhabitants to experience the tranquil beauty of Paros in a space that embraces nature and contemporary design principles.
