Nestled atop a serene hill in Paros, “House on a Hill” stands as a testament to minimalist design and our early mono-materiality experimentation. This project is a result of a series of interconnected clean geometric volumes intersecting, thus creating a harmonious blend of form and function. Using a limited material palette we intended to enhances its sculptural quality and integrate it effortlessly with the natural landscape.

The spacious terraces, shaded by elegant pergolas, provide idyllic spots for relaxation and social gatherings, while a serene pool area offers a refreshing retreat with breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and distant islands.

Every element, from the clean lines to the neutral color scheme, has been designed to reflect a modern yet timeless aesthetic. Wooden elements subtly accentuate the design, adding warmth and contrast to the monochromatic palette. “House on a Hill” is a striking example of contemporary architecture that respects the island’s heritage while pushing the boundaries of modern design.
